Stall Holder Registration of Interest

You can register your interest in applying for a stall at Summer Soulstice by completing our Stall Holders Application Form for the following categories.

(A) General Food Vendor Pitch (4m x 3m) £495*

(B) Craft/Merchandise/Artisan Food Vendor Pitch (4m x 3m) £275*

(C) Cocktails/Alcohol Vendor Pitch (4m x 3m) £775*

(D) Charity/Concessions Pitch (3m x 3m) £150*

* all prices include VAT @ 20%

All payments must be made 8 weeks before the event if your application is approved.

Please see application for terms on power supply on the day.

For registered charities with an annual income of less than £250,000 – these single spaces are subsidised by Summer Soulstice to allow a number of smaller charities’ exposure to our audience. We will check your last audited accounts on the Charity Commission website.


Application Process

You will need to download, complete & submit the application form & return by EMAIL or post, along with the following attachments:

Recent photo(s) of your stall.

Scale diagram of proposed stall set-up (inc. placement of all back of house preparation areas, cool rooms, change rooms & requested adjacent camping.)

Up-to-date insurance & appropriate H&S certification.


Selection Process

This takes place during March to early April & will consider the following:

Complete applications with all documentation & payment. Each year we receive more applications than we can accept. Missing information may jeopardise your selection.

Product quality & diversity. We require an accurate description of your products, with pictures & prices.

Appearance & Stall Presentation: We require a photo of your stall & if you are providing your own tent/marquee/van,.

Balance of stall categories & combination of new & previous stallholders. We welcome applications by new vendors & do consider previous performance of regular stallholders.

Applications will be judged & considered on the quality, price & variety of products to ensure fairness, avoid duplications & to create an interesting stalls holders

All applications will be dealt with in a timely & friendly manner.

Please confirm you have read & signed the Terms & Conditions enclosed in the application as this will form the contract with Summer Soulstice (the event organisers).

All applications must be accompanied with a copy of your public liability insurance, a risk assessment, photos of your merchandise & evidence of a EHO registration (where applicable) & any further info you wish to submit in support of your application.


Notification Process

Successful applicants will be notified about their SS2018 pitch allocation by midnight, Wednesday 25th April 2018.

Stalls will not be able to trade at SS2018 until they have provided all the required documentation & paid for their pitch in full.



Additional Information

Food stalls: Our priority is fresh, healthy, interesting cuisine. Food stalls must comply with all environmental health requirements & must use only biodegradable packaging — NO GLASS or HARD PLASTIC.

General: Alcohol can only be sold by Cocktails/Alcohol Vendor(s) who must be correctly licensed. No tobacco/e-cigarettes can be sold. No pets are allowed on site due to Health & Safety restrictions.
