This Is How We Do It

The increasing popularity of our annual soul family all-dayer means this year’s Summer Soulstice 7 has SOLD OUT days before the event itself! So, with advance tickets @ the ready, let’s just get this party started…

OE’s will be a full house this Saturday, 29th June & all the Crew will be putting an extra effort in to make things run as smoothly as possible. However, there’s no cool runnings unless those gathered follow a few of simple rules & regs on the day, all of which can be found on our Terms page.

Here’s a few that we’ve highlighted which will help people have a great event & enjoy more “Soul on a Summer’s day…”

• Summer Soulstice is for families & nice people in general. Anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.
• You must wear a valid SS7 wristband @ all times while attending the event on June 29th.
• Gates open @ 11.30am & the event starts @ 12 midday. There is no entry into the event after 10pm.
• Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parents &/or guardians, including @ our free KIDS ZONE.
• Gazebo’s are allowed within designated areas of the event.
• No BBQ’s, stoves, fires or flares/fireworks/chinese lanterns etc. are allowed.
• Picnics are allowed into the event.
• Soft drinks are allowed but you will not be able to bring in glass bottles of any kind, please decant into plastic ones.
• The Camp Soulstice area is only accessible for those wearing valid SS7 Campers wristbands.
• The venue will be cordoning off cricket squares on-site & these are strictly out of bounds to everyone.
• Please keep SS7 & OE’s tidy & dispose of your rubbish in available bins & recycle where possible.
• Professional photography &/or recording  @ SS7 without authorisation from Summer Soulstice, is prohibited.
• Car parking is free but LIMITED & we are big fans of car sharing @ Summer Soulstice.
• We are close to a residential area, please leave quietly & responsibly on departure.
• The main road can be a very busy & is not well lit after dark. Please be vigilant when leaving.
• The Soul Bus runs until midnight & there are local cabs available when event closes, your patience is appreciated.
