Returns Policy

At Soulstice HQ, we aim to provide the best service when you purchase our merchandise, however we know occasionally we may send out an incorrect item or you are simply not happy with it once delivered.

This is why we have a returns policy that lets you know how to go about returning goods and also covers your statutory rights.

You can return any item bought from this site within 14 days of receipt and get a refund or have the item exchanged. You can return it because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent out the wrong item. To return an item please email us first, so that we can run you through the process.

All returned items must be in un-worn/unused condition and should, if possible, be returned with the original packaging.

We cannot accept any returns after this 14 day period.
