Scottish singer and songwriter McGoozer is a front man who has performed extensively around the UK and internationally. He’s even played one of the Blues Brothers!..

A familiar face on the north London circuit and part of a very musical family, his siblings being Brian McGee and Owen Paul who have respectively enjoyed their own chart successes.

McGoozer has also played the world famous Glastonbury, the Isle of Wight Festival, as well as notable venues such as The AstoriaIslington Academy, The Clapham GrandCafé de ParisBush Hall and The Bedford in Balham, south London.

He also won the UK final of the Emergenza Unsigned competition a few years back, which guaranteed him and his band a place at the World final at the Taubertal Festival (Rothenburg, Germany) headlined by Pink & Mika. Here McGoo picked up the award for best singer throughout, competing against over 6,000 bands worldwide! He subsequently signed a management deal in the USA and released his first single via iTunes.

In 2014 he received a big Barnet welcome as he performed a selection of classic soul, Stax and Motown hits on our main stage in the early afternoon at our eighth Summer Soulstice, pleasing both the locals in the crowd, as well as a lot of the soul music connoisseurs in attendance!

In 2017 McGoozer released his debut album ‘Songs From The Mirror’ which has received a great response from mainstream media and radio.
