page-header

The Summer Soulstice camping area – CAMP SOULSTICE – has increased in popularity over the last few years…

It is a limited capacity area for approximately 300 campers designated within the Old Elizabethans site & exclusively for those attending Summer Soulstice. We aim to make Camp Soulstice as safe & as friendly as possible. Only those who have bought a valid camping Add-On eticket along with a valid Event Only eticket, can have access to Camp Soulstice.

Our camp commanders will individually issue campers with Event/Camp wristbands on arrival. These will give you access to the camping area for the duration of the stay, as well as to & from the event itself on the Saturday. Please follow commanders’ instructions on arrival.

In 2018 we are also introducing a limited amount of camping Add-On etickets for a 2 Night stay (Friday & Saturday). Those arriving on the Friday can get to the event site between 5pm & 9pm to set up their tent. Please make sure you bring print-offs of your valid Event Only & Camp Soulstice Add-On etickets with you to show on arrival to the event site.

Campers staying for the Saturday night only can enter the event site from 9.30am on the day of the event to unload, however for safety reasons, cars will not be permitted into Camp Soulstice itself. There will be car parking provided next to the camping area & campers’ cars will need to be left here @ all times for the duration of the event.

Camper vans (& motorhomes up to 5m in length) are permitted into the event but must remain in the main designated area within Camp Soulstice. Those who want to stay in their camper vans will need to purchase a camping Add-On eticket, as well as an Event Only eticket.

Camp Soulstice has it’s own toilet facilities but please be aware that no washing facilities are available, However there will be a free water point available for campers. There is adequate lighting for the overnight stay & our security will regularly patrol this area before, during & after the event has finished.

All children staying in Camp Soulstice will be parents’/legal guardians’ responsibility & must be supervised at all times.

We aim to keep our event as clean & tidy as possible, so please leave any of your rubbish or recycling in the allotted waste area next to Camp Soulstice.

All tents must be taken down & removed from the camping area by 12 noon on the Sunday after the event.

Please note: Summer Soulstice & Old Elizabethans shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of items left in your tent, so please make every effort to keep your belongings safe.

The following are NOT permitted in Camp Soulstice:
BBQ’s • Large Stoves • Open Camp Fires

Anti-social behaviour will NOT be tolerated & offenders will be ejected from the event site without refund. Remember, this is a family area, so please mind your language as well!
