Camp Soulstice

Our event’s camping area – Camp Soulstice – has increased in popularity over the last few years & is exclusively for those attending Summer Soulstice. It is a limited capacity site for approximately 300 campers designated within the Old Elizabethans, but outside the main arena.

We aim to make Camp Soulstice as safe and as friendly as possible, with only those who have bought a valid camping Add-On eticket (along with a valid Festival Only eticket) can have access to this area. Please go to our Tickets page for prices per person.

Our camp commanders will individually issue campers with Event/Camp wristbands on arrival. These will give you access to the camping area for the duration of the stay, as well as to & from the event itself on the Saturday. Please follow commanders’ instructions on arrival.

In 2018 we introduced Camping Add-On etickets for a 2 Night stay (Friday & Saturday). Those who arrive on the Friday can access the event site between 4pm & 9pm to set up their tent. Please make sure you bring print-offs of your valid Event Only & Camp Soulstice Add-On etickets with you to show on arrival to the event site.

Campers staying for the Saturday night only can enter the event site from 9.30am on the day of the event to unload, however for safety reasons, cars will not be permitted into Camp Soulstice itself. There will be car parking provided next to the camping area & campers’ cars will need to be left here @ all times for the duration of the event.

Anti-social behaviour will NOT be tolerated and any offenders will be ejected from the event site without refund. Remember, this is a family area, so please keep your language clean as well!

We recommend you bring tents 2-6 berth in size due to our camping area restriction, tent bigger in berth than this may incur an additional charge on your arrival. Camper vans (& motorhomes up to 5m in length) are permitted into the event but must remain in the main designated area within Camp Soulstice. Those who want to stay in their camper vans will still need to purchase a camping Add-On eticket, as well as a Festival Only eticket.

Camp Soulstice has it’s own toilet facilities but please be aware that no washing facilities are available, however there will be a free water point available for campers nearby to Camp Soulstice. There is adequate lighting for the overnight stay and our security will regularly patrol this area before, during and after the event has finished.

The following are NOT permitted in Camp Soulstice:
BBQ’s (except small disposables)
Large Stoves
Open Camp Fires
Camping Gas Canisters over 5kg

Generators (of any kind)
Glass (of any kind)
Drones

Large Sound Systems
Personal motorized vehicles (except mobility scooters)

We also aim to keep our event as clean and tidy as possible, so please leave any of your rubbish or recycling in the allotted waste area next to Camp Soulstice.

All children staying in Camp Soulstice will be the responsibility of their parents/legal guardians and we ask that you supervise them at all times.

Please note: Summer Soulstice and Old Elizabethans shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of items left in your tent, so please make every effort to keep your belongings safe.

All tents must be taken down and removed from the camping area by 12 noon on the Sunday after the event.

If you miss out on one of the limited camping passes and you are still looking for an overnight stay locally, then you can check out a list of nearby hotels HERE.
