We aim to make Camp Soulstice as safe and as friendly as possible, with only those who have bought a valid Summer Soulstice Festival + Camping eticket having access to this fenced off area.
Please go to our Tickets page for prices per person.
Our camp commanders will individually issue campers with Festival + Camping wristbands on arrival. These will give you access to the camping area for the duration of the stay, as well as to and from the festival itself on the Saturday between 11am – 11pm.
Please follow the commanders’ instructions on arrival.
Campers staying for the Saturday night only can enter the site from 9.30am on the day of the festival to unload, however for safety reasons, cars will not be permitted into Camp Soulstice itself. There will be car parking provided next to the camping area and campers’ cars will need to be left here at all times for the duration of the festival.
We also have the 2 Night Festival + Camping eticket (Friday & Saturday) for those who want to set up early and arrive on the Friday afternoon/evening between 4pm – 9pm. The main gates will be closed at 9pm on the Friday. Please make sure you bring print-offs of your valid Summer Soulstice Festival + Camping etickets with you to show on arrival to the site.
Anti-social behaviour will NOT be tolerated and any offenders will be ejected from the festival site without refund. Remember, this is a family area, so please keep your language clean as well.
We recommend you bring tents 2-6 berth in size due to our camping area restriction, tent bigger in berth than this may incur an additional charge on your arrival. Camper vans (& motorhomes up to 6m in length) are permitted into the event but must remain in the main designated area within Camp Soulstice. Those who want to stay in their camper vans will still need to purchase a Festival + Camping eticket, charged per person, NOT per pitch.
Camp Soulstice has it’s own toilet facilities but please be aware that no washing facilities are currently available, however there will be a free water point available for campers nearby to Camp Soulstice. There is adequate lighting for the overnight stay and our security will regularly patrol this area before, during and after the festival has finished.
The following are NOT permitted in Camp Soulstice:
BBQ’s (except small outdoor disposables)
Large Stoves
Open Camp Fires
Camping Gas Canisters over 5kg
Generators (of any kind)
Glass (of any kind)

We also aim to keep our festival as clean and tidy as possible, so please leave any of your rubbish or recycling in the allotted waste area close to Camp Soulstice.
Please recycle your waste where you can.
All children staying in Camp Soulstice will be the responsibility of their parents/legal guardians and we ask that they be supervised at all times.
Please note: Summer Soulstice and Old Elizabethans shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of items left in your tent, so please make every effort to keep your belongings safe.
