Our fundraising event continues to evolve & plans are taking shape for next years big day at our usual venue in Barnet, on Saturday 23rd June 2018.

The mission remains the same; to give you all a memorable & safe, family friendly day out with the usual attractions & some surprises too. Working hand-in-hand with our chosen charity Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, we’re determined to keep our event a value for money festival & thanks to our great roster of DJs, artist line-up, fantastic volunteers, some generous sponsors, suppliers & helping hands, the future looks bright.

Many of you have been asking when tickets will be going on sale & to be fair, we’ve usually issued some ‘Earlybirds’ by the month of November. However, with rising costs & the desire to keep ticket prices relatively stable, we’re getting into some areas which require even more attention than we’ve previously encountered. The Soulstice committee have been meeting regularly to ensure this event continues in the right direction. We have been actively seeking information in many areas & educating ourselves to ensure we are meeting all the legal & financial requirements that this growing event, & you the public, deserves.

We owe it to everyone to ensure Summer Soulstice keeps moving forward, with all our liabilities covered & all our responsibilities fully realised. We also owe it to the memory of Andy & all the people we help through our charity, to ensure all is in it’s proper place in the lead up to the event & more importantly, on the big day itself.

Therefore it has become essential to get the right advice & this has taken longer than we first thought. Be assured though that we will get there very soon & hope you will be patient. We’re going to be seeing you on those fields again in June & we should have news on the tickets in the next couple of weeks.

We continue to strive to do a good thing here in a turbulent world in which we all live. With your support, we will once again overcome the many bureaucratic hurdles that seem to litter our modern day lives & get back on that field of dreams in a few months time, to raise more money with a smile!

Stay cool people & keep watching this space… Soulstice Crew x
